 Lesson Policy

 

We require advanced payment for lessons.

We accept credit card information to ensure efficient service. We will send a renewal letter via email to remind you of the expiry of your lessons. Please respond to the email to let us know if you plan to continue or discontinue with lessons. We will manually process the payment on your credit card if you decide to continue. We will charge the credit card on the day of your last lesson. If you wish to discontinue your lessons we will not charge your card. Alternatively, you may pay by other methods (cash or debit) on the last lesson day to secure your lesson time for the next package. We will not hold lesson spots without advanced payment.

We schedule make up lessons via email.

You must provide us notice the day before a lesson in order for us to provide a reschedule. We will send a reschedule email for a makeup lesson the day after the missed lesson. Please respond to our reschedule email. We will reply to your response to confirm that we scheduled the makeup lesson of your choice. If a student can no longer attend lessons due to a special circumstance but the student wishes to continue at a future date, we will add the remaining lessons in the package to your new lesson package when you sign back up. You must schedule make up lessons with us before your final lesson date. If you cannot schedule a make up before the final lesson date, you will lose the lesson. You may choose an additional lesson or make up lesson if the studio fails to provide the scheduled lesson.

We do not refund lessons. 

Please note: we encourage students to maintain a regularly scheduled lesson to make progress and develop a rapport with their teacher.
