Lesson Payment & Procedure Policy

Payments are made in advance for lessons in order to book a spot.  To make payments efficient, credit card information is placed on file. A renewal letter will be sent via email prior to expiry of your current lesson package as a reminder. Please respond to the email to let us know if you plan to continue with lessons. The credit card will be charged at the time of your last scheduled lesson to reserve your time for your following lesson package of choice. Alternatively, you may pay in person by other methods (cash or debit) on the last lesson day. If you will not be continuing, please notify the front desk as soon as possible and your card will not be charged. If you are unable to attend a lesson please provide 24 hour notice to the front desk and a makeup lesson will be permitted. Make up lessons must be scheduled before your final lesson date. If the lesson cannot be rescheduled before the final lesson date, the lesson will be forfeited. Your choice of an additional lesson or reschedule will be issued if the studio fails to provide the scheduled lesson.

All rescheduling is done via email. If a special circumstance causes a student to be unable to attend lessons, but the student wishes to continue at a future date, the remaining lessons in the package may be reissued upon resigning up for a new lesson package.

There are no refunds on lessons.

Please note: it is in the best interest of the student to maintain a regularly scheduled lesson to make progress and develop a rapport with their teacher.
